Is Valve considered an Indie game company? If so, I hope that their sales on Steam will keep them from closing their doors as well.

I don't like Steam.

Seriously, all I want is to play Half Life or Left 4 Dead and I can't because its registered with my brother's account. I hate them for it. But I do like Valve for making the games.
