Thanks. I checked to see what the graphics quality was set at and it was only set on medium. So, I decided to change it to ultra-high to see what it looked like on that, and it made it look a lot better, especially the menus. Here's some screenshots I took with the graphics set to ultra-high:

Blackwood
Pond
Waterfall
Butterflies
Pelinal and Umaril
Kynareth and Secunda
Shivering Sky I
Shivering Sky II
Shivering Sky III
Dementia Waterfall
Bliss

Gnoll Mountain. Best view of almost all of Cyrodill from there.

Anywhere with snow. Gnoll Mountain, Bruma, Cloud Ruler Temple, heh, even Lord Rugdumph's Estate is nice in the right weather.

If you travel straight towards the first objectives as you haed out the sewer, somewhere along the way you should come across a land taht has small pools and black bears the roam to and fro. It is a fairly flat and grassy land but the pools is what I liked about it. Where would this be?

There's also a nice waterfall at the entrance of Infested Mine.
