The Elder Stats

Would you guys like one here? Tom thinks it is a good idea, but he wants to know what you think.

I was actually thinking about this idea myself. Do you think it would go well as a subforum in Oblivion Game Discussion, as a subforum in General Discussion, or as a separate forum on the main Index page?

I don't believe you told me that, but I could be wrong.

I think that a seperate thread is good, but also like the subforum idea. Why not make a pool to see what the major outcome is?

I see your point. Well then, I suppose it could either have it's own forum on the main Index page, or it could be a subforum in General Discussion. I'll add a poll to this topic about it.

I think it should have it's own forum, as not all RPs have to do with Oblivion.

Since I'm not experienced with RP writing, could you guys give me a few suggestions? Here are some things that I would like you to give me suggestions for (considering that you are more knowledgeable of RP writing than I am):

1. The title of the forum. With my limited knowledge of RP, I would think that the forum's title would be something along the lines of Roleplay Writing, or Roleplay Forum Games, or anything else that you have in mind. What do you think?

2. The description of the forum. What would the description be for the forum? The description shows up under the forum's title on the main Index page. How would we describe this RP forum?

3. Specific forum rules and guidelines. Should there be any specific forum rules and guidelines for how topics should be formulated and posted in the RP forum? What are some basic rules that must be followed when starting a new RP topic?

If you guys have any other suggestions, feel free to post them. I need input from the community on this one because I have very little knowledge of how RPing on forums works.
