You can't access saves on game consoles. I think people may lie, but if they do, that's their problem, and they know they are lying.

Sometimes, the possibility is just there...

I'm talking about PC saves. It would probably be illegal to do it for PS3 or 360. The latter for certain.

if something comes into question, u can ask for pics. The player has access to these records and it should b up to him to clear his good name, if it is good.

Also, if the Board of Moderation feels that a character profile contains enough false statistics, we could end up taking the character off of the leaderboards with the click of a button. We tend not to jump to that immediately, but if the character author does not answer us within a week or so, we usually end up just doing it.

Oh, sorry. I got so caught up in redesigning the Home page this weekend that I ran out of time for this. I'll have it implemented hopefully within the week. Of course, I'll test it out first and see how I like it, and if I think we need some changes based on certain characters' new Scores, I'll let everyone know.

Actually Kest, though it is "illegal" to mod the 360 (it can be done), it is actually legal to upload your Xbox memory unit into the computer and conform the save into a PC save. From there, you could email it, and someone could actually load it...

Heh...

To edit an Xbox save you need to break the encryption the file has, which is what is illegal.

They have a whole page on that you can convert the Xbox save to PC on UESP.

Are you positive it is illegal? I don't think UESP would support things that are illegal. Right josjie?

I'm a moderator for the UESP forums, not the main page ;)
