Yeah, water physics are definitely in. And there is a set number of shouts, but you unlock as you wish, learning the words (three total for each shout) from Word Walls, then absorbing dragon souls as "tokens" to unlock new shouts, or words for shouts. Got some great stuff here. Also, check...
