Favorite City
With the new game coming out soon, interest here should be booming soon. To keep everyone amused in the meantime I will be starting some topics for discussion. The first is the favorite city of yours in Cyrodiil. I've even included Kvatch. For me my favorite is Anvil, as its the first city I bought ...

Re: what do u think af the adoring fan?
For vampires he is your average worthless lackey so it should be ok. Cite Willie from Dark Shadows.
I hate vampires, especially the romanticized version from those stupid Twilight books and movies.

Re: Gallowglasses versus Ninjas
Just watched an episode of Mythbusters from season 4 debunking much of the ninja myth. Their theory was the ninja overplayed their abilities to build their reputations. I have no doubt they were skilled assassins. Popular culture has also continued the myth of the ninja. They could not catch arrows ...

Re: Inputting your own fraction
Ha, finally recognized as Count of Kvatch, Master of Hoarfrost Castle. I see where this could be quite a headache. Some have a ton of mods involved that would stretch the scale of what could be implemented. It would also be impossible, and really a bit unfair, to add this to the points system, thoug...

Re: Difficulty slider?
I think the adjusting difficulty level helps on some missions which are tougher life the Great Gate and Lighting the Dragonfires. However I don't like the fact that Goblins take forever to kill after a certain level, while at the beginning of the game they can usually be killed in one or two shots. ...

Re: Its been awhile
I had a hilarious moment on one of my recent sessions. The Kvatch Rebuilt mod has a messenger that comes to you to tell you when the next part of the mission is ready. He will go anywhere to get the message to you. I've even had him follow me into Oblivion gates. He can sometimes scare the snikeys o...

Re: Another Oblivion vs Morrowind Thread
I can't say much about the feel and look of Morrowind since I didn't get too deep into it. I was able to beat mudcrabs after a bit of a tussle, but nothing else, even dropping the difficulty down. The gameplay of Oblivion is far better. If they could have kept the depth of story in Oblivion the Morr...

Its been awhile
I have checked back in here a few times but haven't really posted in awhile. I recently started playing again when I got my cd-drive fixed. I'm playing mostly new characters. One I got to level 22 before I discovered my character was really not workable either in power or in ability to level up effi...
