Advice needed

I have a great mod that I've downloaded called called Hoarfrost Castle. It does have a problem in that the guards cuirasses for the castle are not coming out correctly. I have tried multiple times to reinstall it but have no luck. What would be the suggestions from everyone. If I leave as is the guards are walking around invisible from waist to neck.

I think the hilarity has worn off. I could deal with it before, but now would like solutions.
