- New Info (4/20): Valve's new game mode dubbed "Mutations" isn't really a game mode itself, but will introduce a series of weekly game mode events. For example one week they will do "Realism Versus", and then the next week they might do "Chainsaw Massacre," where the four survivors only have chainsaws, but have unlimited fuel. More info on this will be talked about tomorrow (Wednesday).

- New Info (3/20): One of the L4D1 survivors will not show up in The Passing because they are dead. You will see how they die in the upcoming DLC for L4D1 coming out in the summer sometime. I personally think it will be Bill because he is the oldest, he is the type of guy who would sacrifice himself, and Jim French (Bill's voice actor) didn't do any voice acting for the Crash Course DLC for L4D1, so I guess he hard to get a hold of.
- New Info (3/27): The Passing is not coming out in March, as sites such as Kotaku and Shacknews say. Now the release date is the vauge "Spring", which doesn't even make sense because we have been in Spring since March 20th. I also love how Valve can't announce this themselves, other sites have to do it for them.
- New Info (4/12): The Passing now has an unofficial release of April 27th, but more than likely you can expect it to come out on that day because they have it on "good word" that it is.
- New Info (4/16): Valve made a new blog post today and said that the Passing will be released NEXT WEEK, most likely meaning April 20th. I really hope that's when they release it.
- New Info (4/20): Valve made a blog post last night displaying some of the achievements and vaguely talking about the new game modes for The Passing campaign. The Passing has been confirmed by Valve to be released Thursday, April 22nd!
I think I covered all of it. So that's a hefty amount of stuff for a DLC, I can't wait for it. I hope they fix a lot of the bugs people have been complaining about as well. It's also surprising that they are releasing more than one game mode in this DLC.
