Yeah, lots of stuff revealed. Weapon proficiencies seem awesome. I love the fact that I can have two attachments with sleight of hand now. Such a cool idea.

Mhmm. At one point with the Specialist point streak, you can have EVERY PERK IN THE GAME activated. BAM.

Yeah, well. Turns out this game wasn't all that great. They made almost no changes to the UI, and many of the maps were forgettable and just not good. Only got to level 75 and stopped playing. Didn't prestige once.
Black Ops 2, however, is loads better. UI is sleek, nice, and not to mention, different. The Pick 10 system for creating a class is great and intuitive. Emblem creator is really extensive. It always seems like Treyarch strives to make more differences between their games compared to Infinity Ward.

Re: Modern Warfare 3
Maps could have been better. The invisible barriers to objects that would keep you from attaining good spots was annoying, I'm 7th prestige, and still play regularly with my clan. If you solo, I can see how you would have less fun. It's always better with friends...
Oh dear, don't get me started on black ops. Everyone asked me if I'd get it, but I learned my lesson from previous Treyarch games. COD 3, WaW, and the first black ops were awful. Interesting story is all they had going for them. 90% of my friends got it, hated it, and sold it. Just like I predicted, most are disappointed with it. The MW3 playing crowd left for black ops, and most of them are back. Surprised you aren't, though.
The thing about changing things, if it ain't broke, don't fix it. That doesn't mean I don't find anything wrong with MW3, as I think akimbo should go, and guns damage be based in the round they fire in reality, but there's a reason it's the best military shooter on the market, with BattleField 3 right behind it (which I also love to play with my best friend).

Re: Modern Warfare 3
Well, I really enjoyed the first Black Ops. I think I could consider it my favorite Call of Duty next to MW2 or COD4.
MW3 wasn't too bad. I just didn't like that maps much at all, and I feel like there wasn't enough differences between MW2 and MW3. Like I actually prefer MW2 because the maps are easily superior and the game just plays better for some reason.
The BO2 campaign is also great. Forgot to mention that. I haven't played much of the game as a whole recently though. I definitely want to get back into it soon.
