I've decided, after somewhat of an epiphany of inspiration, to revive the Skyrim Update project and to begin to finish development of the new website update, which includes Skyrim character profiles. The temporary hold placed on development of the new Elder Stats website has officially been lifted. I can't promise a release date as of yet, but let's just say that we're hoping for the launch of the new site sometime this Summer. We're making ground at a relatively good pace, and we hope to have something to show for it soon.
We're trying to get all of the same features that you're familiar with on the current website up and running properly on the new website, along with the addition of some new features which you haven't seen yet. Some of these new features may be postponed until a later date so that we can launch the new website sooner rather than later, but rest assured that some awesome new features are coming that will make The Elder Stats more useful to Oblivion and Skyrim players who choose to post their characters on the site.
More information will come when it is available, and we'll try to keep you "in the know" with occasional screenshots of portions of the new site. Here's the first preview we're releasing of the new site — a view of the updated Oblivion character profiles:
