Skill Level Suggestion

I think that when you put your submit your character info you should be able to highlight a skill level in green just like in the actually game if such as if you use a ring or enchant to modify a skill. This should also help with confusion with members wondering how you got a skill or attribute up so high.

The rules say that you should enter the base amount for each of your attributes and skills. Therefore, there is no need for people to specify whether or not the skill level they entered was enchanted or not. Is this what you're referring to?
