They probably just issue a warning if you have your shoes untied, then they issue a ticket if you're caught a second time, or something along those lines. It really is an odd law, if it's even true. I suppose it's best to just wear Velcro shoes in Maine and be done with the whole issue.

Idealists? Yes. GOOD Idealists, not stupid ones who love taxes... They want to get more and more money to spend on unnessecary things. Healthcare included. Give us your life and we will give you healthcare. I don't want to be like Canada where they spend a fortune on Health care. Yes, it is important, but the way that Obama and others go about it is wrong. We want to be diferent and great, not like Canada.

So says the little puke living in his mom's basement and enjoying her healthcare! As a Canadian expat who has lived under both systems of health care I have to say the Canadian system (with all its faults and of which there are many) is 100 times better than Obamacare or any private insurance provider. Doctors in Canada become doctors to heal people because if you have a healthy population you have a prosperous society (re= they're not in it for the money although they live very well), doctors in the US become doctors to buy fancy yachts! Also about taxes I guess you like living in a country with crappy roads, bridges, hospitals, SCHOOLS, major cities going bankrupt and people walking around toting guns with a "[word censored] you, me first" attitude. Grow up BOY! I apologize for my cursing.
