It's a shame that the UESP won't allow links to be placed in signatures.

Since this website adds something great to the Elder Scrolls community, and not being a rival to the UESP, I won't ask anyone who has a stat card in their signature to remove it. As long as it isn't blatant advertising, I can't really see a problem. I can't speak for the other moderators though.

Thanks, Codex. And stat cards are a good vehicle to draw new members to The Elder Stats, however they are not meant to be ads for The Elder Stats. I want Oblivion players to put their stat cards to good use in forum signatures, and I thank you for understanding that. But, the stat cards do help to bring new members to The Elder Stats, and considering the fact that The Elder Stats and the UESP actually sort of go together, it's not such a bad thing in my eyes. I hope to reach an affiliate agreement with the UESP one day eventually, if Daveh is up to it.

I just think that, if only more people knew about The Elder Stats, it would be so useful for Oblivion players.

I've noticed that a lot of users on the UESP forums have Statcards in their signatures, and that definitely helps bring activity to The Elder Stats. I thank everyone who is helping us in any way to gain members. We all appreciate your help, everyone. I would like to get The Elder Stats even more publicity because I know that if more people knew about it then more people would register and use it. That is why I created a Facebook page for The Elder Stats, in hopes that it would help us reach more people who may be interested in it. I certainly hope the Facebook page helps.

On the bethsoft forum they won't let us put images in the sig, which sucks, but I just have the link in there. It is also in the "announced Oblivion fansites" thread or whatever.

Can't believe I hadn't thought to look up "ElderStats" on Facebook. I just "liked it," so now you have a total of 48 people. :3 Oh, the last post if from February. Maybe we could fix that? ;D
