how to update characters skill lvls and stats.

i found a prior post regarding this question, and read through the content.
i clicked the advised link regarding a guide that mentioned that the second half of the guide contained the info in question.
this advised link to said guide, seems to be broken.
im getting a 404 error, and im finding nothing on google when trying to search the topic.
im interested in updating my characters stats to match the actual stats i have on my xbox360, i seem to be hitting a brick wall though lol.

Just puts your mouse on "My Panel" and clicks on "My Characters", then clicks on your character et finally on "Edit Profile" on the top left corner.
