Coding On Screen?

Came to update my characters and found what looks like coding on my screen, two screenshots to follow. How do I get rid of it? I have no clue at all.

Thanks so much for bringing this to my attention! I was making some changes to the site last week and must have mistakenly left in an accidental code change that I meant to remove. This problem has now been fixed.
